Ben Salmon | Executive Director

Ben is from Hermitage, MO and graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance & Economics. Ben served with Kirksville KLIFE while in college and has been a director with PoCo KLIFE for 10 years now! He married his wife, Stevie, in 2014 and they now have two of the cutest kids; Malakai and Spencer.

Campbell Lakatos | Bolivar Ministry Director

Campbell is from Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Smithville High School before heading to Southwest Baptist University. At SBU he played basketball for two years, volunteered with KLIFE for three years, and graduated with a degree in Christian Ministries as well as a minor in Business. After graduating from SBU, he spent a year at the Kanakuk Institute and in 2020 he married his wife, Tyler Lakatos! Campbell has been a Bolivar Ministry Director with PoCo KLIFE since 2021.

Tyler Lakatos | Bolivar Ministry Director

Tyler is also from Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Smithville High School before heading to Evangel University. In 2020 she married her husband, Campbell! She graduated in 2021 with a degree in Elementary Education and Biblical Studies. While she was in college she served with PoCo KLIFE and has been a Bolivar Ministry Director since 2022. Campbell and Tyler are about to welcome their first child, Harvest, this fall!

Mitch Munson | Fair Play Ministry Director

Mitch is from the suburbs of Minneapolis/St.Paul, Minnesota! He went to college at Gustavus Adolphus College where he graduated in 2020 with a degree in Economic Analysis with a minor in Communications. He recently attended the Kanakuk Institute in Branson, Missouri and is our newest member of the PoCo KLIFE team as our Fair Play Ministry Director.

Sarah Creasy | Development Director

Sarah is from Nevada, Missouri and attended Southwest Baptist University. She volunteered with PoCo KLIFE during her time at SBU and graduated with a dual bachelors degree in Organizational and Strategic Communication and Christian Studies in 2022. She has been the Development Director with PoCo KLIFE since 2023.
